Here is a short summary to explain where to start and go next as to ensure the smoothest and easiest experience for you.
We have two bundles that you might have purchased or possibly purchased both of them.
Each of the bundles come with:
- Physical book in the mail that you will get. Triggers comes with an additional study guide that will be mailed to you if you purchased the bundle
- E-books available in your video dashboard right away.
- Each challenge comes with a video series you can access right away
- Each challenge comes with difference bonuses that are all found in your video dashboard
- Private Facebook Group
If you have any particular questions about any of the things above, find the corresponding section below for more details.
We will ship your books as soon as the order comes in and the books are printed on and shipped to your door within 7 days or so.
E-books + Video Series + Bonus Items
Simply head over to https://videos.amberandwendy.com/login and sign into your workshop. Check your email or junk mail because this email contains your password to access the video dashboard and is coming from this email address - email@example.com

A few other quick items & reminders:
- Your books take about a week to get to you, but digital downloads are in your dashboard. You get the digital downloads if you ordered one of the video packages.
- You have full access to the videos now.
- If it has been at least 14 days and your books have not arrived, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and the physical address you used when checking out and the email address you used and we will respond.
- If you need to sign into the video dashboard and need to update your email address please email email@example.com

We do not currently offer refunds or cancellations on an automatic basis. This means if you buy the books and would like to cancel the order or return them because you don’t like them or need them, we are not able to fulfill that request. As a small business we hope you understand and respect our decision. If however your book arrived damaged or has printing defects, please reach out and we will take care of you.
